Dr. Shashishekar P. Adiga
Director / Co-founder — TechnologyDr. Adiga brings 22+ years of global R&D experience in materials science and energy technologies, with roles spanning Samsung, Shell, Lockheed Martin, and Argonne National Laboratory. He holds a PhD and has authored 45 patents and 50+ publications — a body of work that underpins eQube's proprietary electrode materials.
Mr. Rakesh Sahay
Director / Co-founder — OperationsMr. Sahay is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of IIE-India with 30+ years of industry experience, including a long tenure at Voltas. His background spans energy auditing, clean room and data centre design, HVAC systems, and industrial IoT — capabilities central to eQube's manufacturing and systems operations.
